? Ability and desire to research and stay abreast of developing industry trends and emerging technologies to serve clients? needs.
? Ability to develop comprehensive business/marketing plans.

* Position Expectations:
* Work with leadership to develop and implement an overall strategy for long-term revenue growth and new business development.
* Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation to pitches, proposals and contracts.
* Identify new business opportunities and establish new business relationships.
* Establish and maintain strong public relations and networking within the industry community to develop leads and increase brand awareness.
* Collaborate with creative teams to develop comprehensive sales presentation materials tailored to specific client needs and opportunities.
* Plan, coordinate and execute proposal presentations and follow the sales process through to execution of client engagement documents. Develop and present big picture solutions plans to clients/potential clients, particularly in the area of interactive/social marketing.
* Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to offer clients innovative solutions.
