Saturday Links & Blogs I Love: Wedding Edition

I?m actually doing my link love on a Saturday for the first time in weeks. The problem is, I?ve put myself in a box by naming my link love ?Saturday Links?. I?m severely limiting myself as to what day I have to post it, which is tough when you have a schedule like mine.

This weekend is so busy. Friday night, it started with rushing home from work, getting changed, and then going to my friend?s pre-wedding party (note: this is not a stag/stagette, or an engagement party; just a co-ed), and today I have to get a lot of stuff caught up before going to dinner with the boy, my dad, and his girlfriend. We?re going to a comedy club. Tomorrow, I am going to be making centerpeices with my friend for her wedding which is just two weeks (!!) away, followed by a study sesh for my last final exam of my degree on Wednesday.

Phew.

Summer is always the busiest season and while I?m enjoying all of it, it?s a little exhausting. Especially when you are in a wedding party!

Fall is hands down the best season. ?

So anyway, that?s the deal with my life right now. Busy, busy, busy.

But I?ve been enjoying my last few weeks as a part-time worker, and have had very little school to contend with, so I?ve had a lot of blogging/reading to catch up on. Here?s what I loved this week:

Posts I Loved

Beating Broke asks: ?Are you afraid of failing?? I think we all are, at least a little. My goal is to not let my fear of failing stop me from achieving my dreams.

Marissa at Thirty Six Months posts about what to know about renting your home, which is an awesome post considering the boy and I will be foraying into home ownership (and, being landlords) early 2013. Also, I get to meet Marissa in a few weeks and I?m super excited.

Crystal at Budgeting in the Fun Stuff posted about the status of her home building. I would love to build our own home, but buying a chunk of land in the lower mainland is almost as expensive as buying a house on it. One day, we will. And it will be awesome.

The Free Financial Advisor posts and interesting college money saving strategy. I don?t know quite what to say about it but check it out.

Michelle had a guest poster at Making Sense of Cents who posted about saving on fashion ? something I love!

Well Heeled got herself a present, and they are beautiful. I want!

Cat at Budget Blonde made me extremely jealous with her account of calling two places home; one in Grenada and one in the States .

Jefferson & Michelle at See Debt Run posted about the job interview question that is always asked, and one that is VERY important to be able to answer well.

?

Normally I would continue on to appreciate some other bloggers but today I am up to my eyeballs in work that I need to get done. I appreciate you all!
